Nope she had several hits in several countries (= famous ) But an unknown song with any hits in charts The rule is about the artist, not the song.

Nope she had several hits in several countries (= famous ) But an unknown song with any hits in charts The artist is still famous. It would get you an advantage against the others

ANY artist with hits in ANY countries are not allowed. So Unheilig is not allowed Well I think this rule does not apply for third world countries, because a Rwandan song that became a no.1 hit in Rwanda is very likely not famous

Are artisrs like Ivi Adamou, Monrose and TaL too famous? Ivi Adamou is an ESC singer and out of the list already. Monrose were #1 in GER, CH and AT with their albums de.wikipedia.org/wiki/MonroseTaL was 1 and 4 in FR and BEL en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tal_(singer)I'm not sure about Tal but she's massively overused in the song contest so I'd say yes, she's too famous.

"Non Ti Scordar Mai Di Me" has participated in more than one contests. Uhmm... I don't think so ... It didn't participate in any contest that at least has a Wikia
