 Portugal
 RTP confirms Portugal's participation in the North Vision Song Contest #5. As already confirmed the country is hosting a big National Selection for the first time. There will be 9 duels and a Grand Final! The winner of "A canรงรฃo de Portugal" will be flying the Portuguese flag in the upcoming North Vision edition.
Now it's time to reveal all songs participating in the Portuguese National Selection!  |

 TVR announces that Romania will participate in the fifth edition of North Vision Song Contest!
They also can announce that a national selection will be held to decide the artist and song for NVSC 5!
All artists and their songs will be revealed tomorrow! |

 Latvia confirms for the next edition and the entry will be selected with the help of the Latvijas Dziesma Festival (#4) again.
