RTL Has just revealed the results of the  Luxembourgish National Selection, "A Star For Luxembourg!".
The winner won with 464 Points, against the second placed, who lost achieving 374 points.
The Winner, who got the ticket to fly to  Denmark is...
 Within Temptation, with the song "Sinead"!
The second placed band was the Luxembourgish group "Scene Writers", with the song "Lights Go Out"
The reaction of Sharon Den Adel, lead singer of the Within Temptation right after the winning ceremony:
 I'm so glad to represent Luxembourg for the second time in a row! I love Luxembourg and I will do my best to make the Luxembourgish people proud! I knew there were already some controversies due to the fact we where from the Netherlands, but I think, when you're chosen to represent a country, you always try to do your best in any way. And so we'll do our best in Denmark. Thank you again!  |
