Tbh this is very unrealitic, if they perticpate participate in the NS in Luxembourg, win the NS and then suddenly represent the Netherlands. Also I dont like the fact that the bigger countries can take every song the borowing country chooses. I think its unfair. I disagree on your last sentence. I mean if an artist comes from a country and an other country could also take that artist where he/she isn't from, why should it be able then for the borrowing country to take the artist if the country of origin of the artist wants the artist? That depends on the selection method mainly.

I think it's important to talk about it before hand. Talk about it together before anything's set in stone, then no complications should come up.

I wouldn't say the same for who just choosed a song internally but when it comes to a NS is different. Netherlands chose a different musician

Yes, they are. She can't represent Greece She is British and a national selection wasn't held.
