Agree with Daniel, I don't have problem with countries like  San Marino and  Andorra borrowing from  Italy and  Spain, but as they don't send unknown artists I would like it to borrow only from some regions. |

I would say, that..  Israel can only borrow from  Egypt and  Jordan. They are the only countries near Israel (besides  Cyprus) that accepted Israel as independent state!  Lebanon should be able to borrow from  Syria and maybe even  Iraq &  Saudi Arabia, but not more. Sel |

Am I the only one against these superficial borrowing rules (except for  Liechtenstein,  San Marino and  Andorra as well as to  Cyprus with  Greece)? |

I would say, that.. Israel can only borrow from Egypt and Jordan. They are the only countries near Israel (besides Cyprus) that accepted Israel as independent state! Lebanon should be able to borrow from Syria and maybe even Iraq &  Saudi Arabia, but not more. SelDo they really need to borrow? o.o |

Do they really need to borrow? o.o To include songs from countries which cannot participate, I would say it should be possible. But please no Arabic artists that often chosen internally and in a NS not more than 50%. Well.. actually they can include a foreign act in their NS, when they find 9 native acts. Why would a singer from  Egypt represent  Israel? |
