Just wondering about a rule between  Kazakhstan and  Russia, there's plenty of Kazakh artists and songs but Kazakhstan has super-close relations with Russia - and I'm pretty sure that if Kazakhstan ever participated in ESC 25 or some more % of the artists would be from Russia. So yeah, just wondering to make it a bit more realistic, plus I wouldn't mind being allowed to take Russian songs without clarifying them as Foreign Acts  |

And if a Russian song gets chosen to represent Kazakhstan, another Russian song for KZ can only be chosen 5 editions after.  |
