JanI would like to question something From which countries would the foreign act be realistic to be in the  Tunisian NF? would options like  Turkmenistan be possible, or is it just the closeby countries near tunisia?

I think for Tunisia, a foreign act from the Arab world would be realistic enough. Or else from neighbours.
