Romania has a lot of regions (Transilvania, Crisan, Oltenia, Muntenia, Dobrogea, MOLDOVA and many others). I live in the Moldovian part of Romania and it's like there's no diffrent country. Also, Romania and Moldova have the same history, culture and traditions. And when I mean same at culture and tradition, it's same, there's no diffrence. The Moldovian flag is the same with the Moldovan region's flag So I really think Romania and Moldova should borrow from each other or at least Moldova should borrow from the Moldovian region. But ! I think Moldova must do a NS with 50% Romanian and 50% (at leat) Moldovan. It's not such a big deal with the NS, it can be 1 Romanian and 1 Moldovan song. If you think it's unrealistic, then you have to know that in ESC, those countries can borrow from themselves and they often do it. Even in Romania ! This is the opinion of a person that lives in teh respective territory and knows the best (I'll say) the situation. I really hope this message won't disturb anyone, I think I wasn't harsh or rude but anyways.

^ This changed my mind for the Romania/Moldova issue. Maybe, they could borrow from the Moldovan region.
Personally, I think Switzerland and Malta should have the same rule as the rest of the countries where only one foreign artist can participate in an national selection. Just because in Eurovision they have the foreign artists rule doesn't mean we have to implement it into NVSC, I mean we don't need to have NVSC exactly like Eurovision. This is the only dissagreement with the rules. Switzerland and Malta have enough artists.

Monaco already borrows from a country, and as Switzerland can take singers from anywhere, the can already borrow from Quebec.

Idk if this really is the best thread where I should post this, but I found singers from some mini-countries. I saw that Rick and Adria can handle with the national artists, so I looked for Liechtensteiner and Sanmarinesse singers. So : Liechtenstein (11) 1. Al Walser 2. Sabine Michaela Dunser 3. Elis 4. Erben des Schopfung 5. Black Sonic 6. WeltenBrand 7. Engelsstaut 8. Raas 9. Cauliflower 10. Roland Blum 11. Come as you are San Marino (5 )
1. Miodio 2. Valentina Monetta 3. Nothing Inside Eye 4. Violent Suture 5. Michele Imbert
Now, I'm going to look for Monagasque and Andorran artists.
