I'll be taking Ireland from NVSC6 onwards. I think Ireland should be able to borrow songs sung in Celtic Languages, which would include  Welsh,  Cornish,  Scottish Gaelic,  Manx and  Brenton. Ireland has Celtic association, and neither the UK or France have showed interest in these languages, so I think Celtic language singers may try to represent Ireland, and country I hope to give a Celtic bias. |

The borrowing rules are a mess...
Look at the Swedish NS for example, this isnt realistic anymore. Wasnt NVSC supposed to be realistic?
Why have countries like Sweden and France to borrow?
