Clearly: No borrowing, except for:  San Marino from  Italy.  Andorra from  Spain.  Monaco from  France.  Liechtenstein from  Germany And Luxembourg, they should suffice in their pool of artists, and if not, borrowing from: only  Belgium, NOT  The Netherlands. It gives Luxembourg too much to choose from. |

I don't have Belgium anymore, but, I don't agree with Luxembourg just being able to take from Wallonia, and not Flanders. Decent singers, or any singers, from Wallonia are hard to find.
