I didn't understand... if I'm from Israel, once in how many years can I take an american song or from the UK? There's not an exact number of editions. Basically broadcasters that are willing to include a foreign act from US or so in their selection must ask the NBU for permission. If it's accepted, then it's ok and broadcasters can include the singers, otherwise he/she can't compete for that country |
