This is only if the Czech Republic is free and slovakia is taken by someone and vice versa. My arguments: There's the Czechoslovakia voice,. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hlas_Česko_SlovenskaGood relations with each other There's not many singers in both countries... Historically connected. Wikipedia says also that both countries are independent from each and both of them participated as apart countries in the Eurovision Song Contest.

Might as well let  Serbia and  Montenegro borrow from each other I don't think  Cyprus and  Greece should borrow from each other, I mean both Greece and Cyorus have plenty of artists, like I said before we don't have to implement every rule from Eurovision. |
