Did it frighten you, how we kissed when we danced on the light up floor?

In the 1st grade I started learning it at school ... My parents subscribed me in a kindergarden course of English.. where I basically learned the numbers and the "HELLO"

I can't remember exactly when have I learned the English language but I can say that the cartoons, MTV and CNN were a very great influence on how I learned the language when I was still a kid (maybe 4-6 y/o) plus my formal education when I was in my 1st grade (6 y/o).
I'm more fluent in speaking, writing and understanding the American English though but I can speak it in the British and Australian (or I think it's more of a New Zealander) accent and I think the terms: rubbish (for garbage), flat (for apartment), grand (for thousand) and cab (for taxi) are some British words that I know thanks to Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, Simon Cowell, some British movies and the BBC. ;D

In utero! I have to say, the majority of users on this forum speak English incredibly well. Better than most Americans! Everyone here speaks English clearly enough to get an idea across, which is very impressive!

That's a tough one for me, as I had very bad speech problems when I was little, and there's a video of me singing while putting books away when i had a very bad speech problems and I watched it a couple weeks ago and not one thing I said made any sense. But know my parents think I talk to much now (or maybe swear to much, I'm not quite sure) and apparently my first word was "Shut Up" while I was outside and my mum told the barking dogs next door to shut up so I simply followed on and said shut up too. Anyway here's a thread I made a couple months ago that was totally unnoticed I did about Aussie Slang ovsc.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=ofto&thread=2230&page=1
