Accepting System Changes
I thought about changing the accepting system quite
long now. I decided to create this poll so it's up
to you whether the system should be changed and
how it should be changed (or not).

I thought about these three options:
- Users that are creating National Selections in any way
should be allowed to take their chosen NS country for the contest later.
The other users have to wait until the submissions are opened. - There should be an overall country reserving rule. (Like in ISC)
You are sending your wanted country first and decide about
your entry at a later time. - Everything should be as before.
The "first come, first serve" rule should be kept.
