• Change Main Admin/Admin(s)?
Honestly? I don't believe so. Maybe add 1-2 on if that's your plan.
• Having additional 'impartial' admins?
Do you mean admins in general?
I don't mean to be too forward, but I wouldn't mind being considered if you want another admin or want to move things around. I'm not in the 18+ age group, I'm 16 next month, but I've not been involved in forum conflicts, even though a few people have said some things that I could have taken the wrong way. I'm not going to sit here and make a big case for myself, as I don't know if any new admins are needed or not. I'm simply mentioning that I'd be open to it.

YES. Impartial, mature. And definitely not making other members feel stupid or embarrassed or anything.
