I'm an example of it. I messed up with bad behaviour on several occasions, and I changed, but the staff should do this as well, if it happens. ''With the attitude "I don't want to change" we can close this thread tbh'' I fully agree with this sentence, but in the way that, most of the forumers will never change, or want to see change, because they think it's okay, the way it is now and the admins handle it. I do want change, but with 2 to 3 people only bothered to write something, there will never be changes around here. OMG I never agreed so much with you before Thank you for agreeing with me now, then.

What happens now is: 1. A few people do actually care, the rest not bothered at all. 2. If you want a majority, close this thread. Out of 250+ members, only less than 100 are active, and only around 50 every 2 days. 3. Democracy is fine, but it could lead to nothing, like this is the how manieth time we've gotten nowhere... 4. If you as admins want action, then finally take action. This is why it will take years before we still get nowhere, and same things happen then as they're now.

I try to bring up almost every forumers opinions for this way our staff-management is doing.
When I get several opinions with all of them having the same feeling, that's how the judgement will lay onto everybody's hands for good!
Constructive criticism is the only right way to solve our issues during the times when there's hard discussions/fights going on.

Constructive criticism is the only right way to solve our issues during the times when there's hard discussions/fights going on. Then I'd say make up some balances, I'll help you: Ilias & Me are on the same page, as you could read. Along siding are some others who say: We need change from everybody, staff and members. I agree. We had rules, but they were never supervised or controlled, as everyone started to argue about the rules. Fact is, only a handful want change and express it, the other people aren't that interested in anything involving problems here. I may be the only one with a ready to go opinion and solution, while others stay away from giving their reflection on certain points of the spectrum of questions, because we don't want to hurt anybody or be offensive. Well, sometimes it's necessary to stand up and tell somebody the truth, and make changes for the better. Not changing anything, only results in: More fights, more complaints and more people leaving the forums because of chaos, and being upset or angry about something. That is my final statement, I hope you can do something with it, and that's all I have to say about this current mess.

After reading this, I kinda think we are taking the forums a bit to seriously

After reading this, I kinda think we are taking the forums a bit to seriously I don't agree, we thought everything was fine, and we took it too loosely, in my opinion, with letting everyone minding their own business, and that caused some of the fights/arguements.

Hey I tried really my best to collect all users to this place and give out their opinions.
Imagine this as a parliament where people gets to come inside for the importance of changing something.
Here's why to talk a lot of things and to be diplomatic! Not having fights coming across, because then I'll get to delete them out for the seriousness this thread has been used for.
