So since a few people have asked in the past and I've been pretty 50/50 about it, I've decided to make a poll.
Should Celine Dion be allowed to represent
Switzerland in ISC as she represented Switzerland in ESC?
(The same question applies to Eleftheria Eleftheriou and
Greece or any other ESC artist representing a country they're not from or have a blood connection to).
If the answer is yes, this will apply to all ESC artists.
