I originally said "There is currently a tie for first place. If Jeffry, Milos and McKala (or a guest voter) still fail to vote for Tuesday afternoon, I will upload a video recapping those two countries' songs, where you can vote for your favourite to win the contest."
Milos has voted, but if there is a tie for the winner, this it what would happen.

I've decided to close the voting early. I will have the results video up in either a few hours or tomorrow afternoon. McKala has not been sanctioned.
