The people who disagree are mostly the people who get the "good" countries.
I wanted to make a selection for ISC #21 but someone took Greece earlier. And I was planning the selection weeks ago.

People who like to do NSs (mostly  ) do it with hard work. But, however, you can do it very simple and in about 1 hour doing everything, so other people who don't have so much time or are just lazy and complaining here could do it too. What? Do you want people to make lovely NS in order to be able to reserve a country?  If they complain, they can, yes.  |

The first just isnt true... I said mostly not all. Go through the people who say yes and to then who say no. They dont usually get better countries than the others.  |

I think if it's a YES then there should be a cap on how many times you can use a country like you could use  Sweden for 2 editions then would have to change your country for atleast one edition it would take out the people stealing the good countries for thoose who do not have time to make a NS |
