my second favourite contest WWWSC was also my second favorite contest at the beginning  But now, this is my first favorite contest because my former favorite contest is closed ^^ ferrygraf and mimisthesc thank you so much for hosting this fabulous contest   |

As user from some particular countries (UK is one of them) it's impossible to join this contest as the respective users don't plan to withdraw from here. I could give you an answer to your question and I think it's the right one. But I'm not an admin of this contest and can't "allow" people to join or not so we should ask them: ferrygraf and mimisthesc |
