I am allowed to participate for  Romania as well, because i have double citizenship, but i can't because it's taken... so i guess  Moldova is mine  Hi Mihai! If you want to take part for  Moldova already in the upcoming edition, please send your entry today, as today's the submission deadline! Here you can find all our rules: ovsc.proboards.com/thread/8545/rules ( don't worry, it's not as much as it looks like ) Basically your artist has to be from Moldova, concerning roots: at least one of the parents needs to be from there... Example: Artist A ft. Artist B. (A is a German Band; B is a Swiss solo artist) so can I use the song they made together or not?
