Excluding people =/= "first come first serve" The Dutch HoD wanted to join BEFORE you wanted, so since he was first, he has EVERY FUCKING right to stay in the contest. It's the same situation with your participation in NVSC. You wanted to join before the users in the waiting list, that's why you are participating in the contest atm. Why are you ok in NVSC but not here? I can answer this but I don't want to start a fight. ferrygraf Please ignore all the hate responses, and continue hosting the contest like these posts never existed, because they're actually no sense as you have noticed Jesus can you never react in a human way. That person joined the contest before I even knew about song contests but I want to say without any doubt I have more experience in participating in contests then him. Why would someone who is inactive have more rights then someone who is really active? In this sentence, I think the same about NVSC. And in NVSC you have at least the opportunity to get a place on the Waiting List. In NVSC you are able to take an Associated Broadcaster. In NVSC you are even allowed to be a part of a country's delegation; you are allowed to vote for it, you are allowed to create its national selections and you are allowed to even confirm for it. And here the hosts (and participants) start bitching when you ask if you can participate. Don't tell me I am wrong because I'm obviously right. because you can't measure people's activity objectively - that's first. Secondly, that means that if someone (maybe, really active up to this moment) turns less active for some period of time (because of exams) then he (or she) must be thrown out if there turns up someone who's more active at the moment. Which is undoubtedly way more discriminating and excluding. Then, it's weird to compare two contest which differ in their basis greatly. Associate broadcasters - who should they be? and this would be already out of concept because that means that you would be representing a different country than your own. The waiting list exists just in the less formal way, because I guess than Florian and Mimis have their lists whom to contact if somebody stops participating. Speaking on the third option - I don't think it's really prohibited here. And why, why didn't the hosts bitch when I ask if I can participate? when Anes asked if he can participate? when a lot of people asked the same thing? I've never seen them bitching about something or someone if that someone doesn't start bitching first.

This thread is quickly devolving into a mess... I'm not even in this contest and I joined a few months ago so I have no real say in this argument but I'm siding with the contest here. I honestly think that patience is a virtue. That's all I'm gonna say. Patience is a virtue.

He is a YT user, and he is active in real life for sure. He participates in ONLY one contest, this, and since he is ALWAYS on time, you CANNOT call him inactive. Plus, why don't you ask him to be part of the Dutch delegation? I am sure the hosts wouldn't have any problem. He is inactive on these forums, that's what I meant. I think it's a stupid thing if he only participates in this contest and no other contests because that would mean he thinks only this contest is worth its existence. That's sickening and far from truth being. By the way do you want to say I wouldn't be on time with bringing my votes? I've god damn it always voted in every contest I have participated on time so if you refer with your point to telling that I wouldn't send my votes in time kind of makes me offended and annoyed on a highest level. I have already had a fight with both him and both the hosts so I don't expect anyone to approve me being part of the Dutch delegation.

Tom if you're unable to withstand people's opinions, I'm suggesting you to leave the Internet. Immediately. A rule should be made worldwide saying that people with behaviors that match the behaviors of infants should not be allowed to access the internet..

linux620 if you're unable to recognise opinions from both people's sides and only taking someone's side just because you belong to it, then I am suggesting you to leave the internet. Immediately.

I think we all need a rest. Here's another calm song to relax to if you feel heated at times. It works with me.
Just... take a chill pill, everyone.

Tom 1. The Dutch user doesn't really comment below the recaps/results etc. and isn't really active here because he is too busy. 2. That huge fight you had once with him started because of a "Your mother ... "joke just for telling and he excused afterwards.
