Oh are any of these free Ireland Guernsey Jersey Denmark Greenland Malta Out of those mentioned, we only accept  Ireland,  Denmark and  Malta and those 3 are already taken, unfortunately... If your grandfather is from a country does that count? |

I'm afraid not...We've mentioned this several times actually ; by 'strong relation' we mean that you should be 50% from that country, meaning that 1 or both your parents should be from there. Your grandpa being from, let's say  Malta, makes one of your 2 parents half Maltese. Hence, you're 25% Maltese and not half, as required  |

However, I am afraid you can not take part for Guam as it is only a territory and not an independent nation. For similar reasons we don't allow  Hong Kong or  Kosovo either, which are accepted in most contests. Have you got any other good relations to any other country maybe? |

It's true that  Spain is currently free but you are rather unlucky, I'd say, as inactivo (nq era) was the first one to show interest. You can only take part unless they don't want to take part anymore... |
