I think it would be great to let @eurovisiongermany try it once. But I can't give any arguments for this. the only problem would be the German player, she is not registered here  ferrygraf, mimisthesc how long has the German player been with you's?  Since the 13th Edition if I'm not mistaken And none of the participants (including Germany) will have to worry about his/her place, everyone will keep it as long as he/she votes and doesn't withdraw him/herself  Tbh, I don't see why someone would give away his place by choice (maybe only because of lack of time) |

Would any  Filipino like to try out for my spot?   Heh, it could turn out as a butthurt-session if this was accepted, and that those players, whose nation deals with many of us like  Germany,  UK and  Netherlands may feel pity if loads of non-participants were asking for a join-on-trial Woops! Sorry.  |

I think you should add people with descendants. I could have the opportunity to take  India (my grandfather was born there).

I think the rules are very unlikely to change. I think it's because people might easily lie about their heritage. I lived in Canada between 2004 & 2006, and have a Canadian mother, but that's not enough  But if the rules change to let some of us in, I'd be happy to participate! |
