I completely agree, but I personally do not have connections with players from other contests and therefore, am unable to implement such an idea. If there is a general agreement in the forum for the idea, then it could be implemented by someone else and I would be happy to assist

Technically, yes. Though, I believe it could be better done if administrators/moderators of the forum made an announcement in that case, which would have more visibility and drew more attention. Moreover, it would be too cumbersome for me to work alone on the idea, because of the large numbers of votes. In any case, I can assist with the implementation of forum-level Top 41 idea, anyway

On the other hand, I believe the ideas of having a top 41 list for WWWSC and the whole forum should not exclude one another. I think it would also be interesting for WWWSC players to watch the top 41 of the contest players
 
Edit: I just realized we also have "Eurovision 2019: Our Poll Results" thread which actually determines the top 41 of the whole forum participants. The results are calculated based on a different formula, but you can still see how the whole forum's top 41 is in that thread. 

I'm not sure if I can actually contribute to it since I normally don't make a top myself.

Agree about the poll. In the poll you can give the same points to every song (if you wish, and many give the same points to multiple songs), while in a top10 you can't give everyone 1st place, so those seemingly small changes would affect the whole thing... that's why "our poll results" only gives a general idea, but doesn't show how it would actually look, because I know that it wouldn't look the same if it was made from actual tops...
