After revealing of language rates of some countries for Retro WWWSC, I have decided to continue the trend for WWWSC as well. Note 1: Exact number of the used languages:
English: 30
Azerbaijani: 22
Russian: 6
Spanish: 2
No Lyrics: 2
Other: 3
Note 2: Since some songs were in more than one language, I took the one in the recap as a primary one.
Note 3: "Other" languages are those that have each been used for once only. These are German, Polish, and Turkish. |

Thanks to  xmultivision - Semi-Active and  Shovkovskyi/Peter for bringing up the idea of sharing the qualification rates for each participating country! As I have mentioned several times before, I have created a database for all entries that have taken part in the contest, including their results and people's votes, which helps me a lot with doing some interesting statistical analysis, which helps when deciding how to split countries in different semi finals, or if there are suspicions of block voting patterns etc. The qualification percentages for all countries that took part from #16 up to #82 (obviously the currently edition is not included as 3 more countries are yet to make it to the final) can be seen in the following file: |
