As announced by some ex-participants, we return to the first singles format of IFSC, used from IFSC 9 - 18.
The Rules:
- 1 Country per user.
- Original Songs, overused songs will be checked, and can be verified by other users.
- Usual ESC Voting
- Pure Televoting, no juries.
- 1 Final
- Flowing Pattern: We roll over from one edition to another, so no schedule, to keep things going.
- Pure contest: No extra's.
- Tiebreaker for determining the winner of the contest.
- Re-instating the UserScore (Will be some work to do this, but I'll be going at it, to try to make it as good and precise as possible).
Thanks to @languagenerd09 & Jess for the Feedback, and I hope we can make this as good as it always was.
I also hope for many returns.
