Do you think, when a user didn't confirm his participation for the next edition, the country is free for the first one who asks?
Should the rule be: The first person who asks to have a country which is not on the entry list should get it?

I don't know what you mean with your last question, but anyway,  FRANCE IS MINE!!!!!! MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!   If the result would be "Yes", it would be: Submissions are open when first Semifinal started, then all countries are free to take,and you have to be quick to get your favorite country  |

And UK is very popular in contests.. isn't it shit that I don't know as host what happens with UK ? |

Voted "No", but with one condition - there should be a deadline for confirming too... and if the user doesn't confirm till the deadline, then the country is free to use for other users  P.S. Only exception would be not getting online for some reason in time to confirm |
