Ok, first of all, I have a few questions. If I want to make a national selection, I have to make a recap video? Or I just can post four songs and then you will listen to them and vote? And second question, if a song participated previously in a national selection, can it represent the country in the next edition? 1. A recap video is recommended, but not necessary. 2. A song can only be selected (whether internal or national) after one edition break  (Let's say Not Afraid by GJan participated in the  Lithuanian NS for NVSC #5. So, you can use Not Afraid by GJan in #7 again ) thank you very much!!!  |

[!]  More revealed about the Spanish entry for the 6th edition of the   NVSC! [!]In the evening of Tuesday 5 November 2013, there has been revealed more about the Spanish entry in the 6th edition of the North Vision Song Contest! TVE has decided to organize for the very first time a national selection, called ► Spain R☼CKS Europe ◄! It's the plan to organize this national selection in every edition of the North Vision Song Contest. In each different edition of this national selection, there'll participate an other artist/band. There'll be always 5 songs of this artist/band in the national selection and it's up to the other participating countries in the North Vision Song Contest to vote for its favourite as in the normal way of voting for 5 songs (12, 10, 8, 7 & 6 points to the total of the songs). There hasn't been released any dates for the first edition of this national selection up to now. The Head of Delegation of TVE, Tom Hernández, has said to be very happy with this solution and he hopes that Spain will finally qualify after 3 fails when the entry will be selected at this way. Also the artist who will participate in the 6th edition of the North Vision Song Contest as participant for Spain and so also the artist who will participate in "Spain R☼CKS Europe", will be... Dani Martin! Congratulations!

Due to recent budget cuts, MRT have decided to call of the national selection and will instead opt for an internal selection to choose their entry for NVSC #6. The date that the artist will be revealed hasn't been announced yet but the song will still be revealed on the 20th of November. |

After a lot of discussions inside the broadcaster after the non qualification of Norway in the last edition of North Vision Song Contest in Aarhus, Denmark with Maria Mena and her song "Fuck You", a decision was made.

 Norway will participate in the sixth North Vision Song Contest.
The non qualification of Maria Mena disappointed the public, but they believe that they can return to the final and the Top 10 in the upcoming edition. Discussions took place the last week and the Norwegian HoD decided to give a chance due to the high interest in the song contest in Norway. Nothing was announced for the way Norway will choose to select the sixth artist in NVSC.
 Norway hosted a NS last edition and Maria Mena represented the country in Aarhus but she failed to reach the final. What do you think Norway will decide to do now and are you happy with the decision they took to continue in NVSC? |
