 The Council of ERR have made a talk with geographs and historians (??), having as topic the adderation of Transnistria in NBU and NVSC, maybe KNV.
In summer, ERR declared that they will support and sustain every country that wants to aderate to NBU, making real the debut of Lebanon and Kazakhstan. Estonia had supported "unexisting" countries before, like Faroe Islands and Greenland, even if they ahven't debuted.
The only problem that ERR found was the politics of the country, having the communist emblem in their flag, showing themselves as a communist country.
Also, the teritory is part of Moldovan Republic that doesn't support their aderation.
The final decision of ERR was to SUPPORT Transnistria in their aderation, only with some rules :
- They will send artists that were born in Transnistria.
- Ukraine and Moldova must allow their start in NBU and NVSC.
- They must not send songs about communism nor any other country.
- They must broadcast at least 5 NS, voting in them.
- They must promise to broadcast full representation of Ukraine, Moldova, Russia, Romania and Bulgaria, even if they have conflicts.

 Spain doesn't support Transnistria for a debut since the country isn't officially recognized in Spain, nor is a member of the EBU, nor is a member of the Council of Europe, nor is a member of the United Nations. |

  After new Liechtensteinese broadcaster 1FLTV
chose its entry internally for the upcoming NVSC,
viewers started complaining about the new broadcaster.
The viewing figures in Liechtenstein have always been very high
with ratings above the 80% mark.
1FLTV now officially confirmed that in NVSC 07, Liechtenstein
will host a National Selection. The format is still to be
announced. (One thing is sure: NO DUELS!)
Also the number of songs, artists and name
are still to be decided. More information will be announced
during the sixth edition of the North Vision Song Contest. |

 The official statement of TRMThe High Staff of TRM including the HoD will not accept "TV PMR" as the official broadcaster of Transnistria in North Vision Song Contest to participate and enter the NBU!"The apostate Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, also known as Transnistria, is not a real state or accepted territory with autonomy given by Chisinau. As official part of the Republic of Moldova, it already participates in NVSC under Moldova and our broadcaster TRM.""We never rejected Russian or - in that case Transnistrian - artists to participate for North Vision for Moldova, but.. where are those artists? We have almost no applications by Russians, Ukrainians, Belarussians and/or Transnistrians. We originally planned to built up our National Selection with 1/3 Moldovians, 1/3 Romanians and 1/3 Russians/Ukrainians/Belarussians, but because of the low interest of those artists, we could not do that."
"If the other countries of Europe accept this "state" in the NBU, we will have no choice but withdrawing forever from North Vision.
