(didn't know that , I thought you always had Moldova ) I earned  Moldova, after the former HoD did not vote. I voted in #3 and confirmed for #4. I was not in NVSC before.  (So the first two failures of Moldova were not mine  ) But.. when I took over Moldova, I did not have to make a break. Because the rule didn't exist back then Oh.  |
