Just a question Are Romanians allowed to participate for Moldova? Yes, only in a NS with the same amount of "national" artists! =P And if a Romanian participant gets chosen for NVSC, another Romanian act for Moldova can only be chosen 5 editions after. Remember, we invented this rule?  For Moldova-Romania; Kazakhstan-Russia; France-French part of Switzerland; Italy-Italian part of Switzerland; Ireland-Celtic languaged songs; Czech Republic-Slovakia etc. |

For Moldova-Romania; Kazakhstan-Russia; France-French part of Switzerland; Italy-Italian part of Switzerland; Ireland-Celtic languaged songs; Czech Republic-Slovakia etc. But I will always keep them in my NS, and if one wins when there cannot be a Romanian song.. I disqualify it like Belarus in ESC.  |
