One thing that I noticed in National Selections for NVSC #7 was: I've usually given the 'foreign act' the least possible points. Reason: It was so damn unrealistic, that artist XYZ would participate for that country. I really hope that will change next edition.  (Sorry, I just had to say that)thankfully the only foreign act in the Latvian selection was partially foreign, the duo of  Linda Leen ft.  Alain Clark  Yana Kay is originally Latvian but she left the country *or something not sure about that actually* |

The  Armenian foreign act is a  Belgian song sung in Netherlands' language  But anyway, they're happy
