No, mainly because we will get spammed by new members and they will keep saying "I want to join" and they will suggest to add more countries etc. and at the end there will be only complains  Also, I don't think it's necessary, I made one for TVC but I rarely use it |

Maybe a group could be made instead? Like the OVSC Forums group. But then I guess there wouldn't be much point in creating it |
