Tomorrow you can open a thread where every country can apply for being a participant at NViC in  Yerevan  Deadline for applying is 27th November  On 30th November the video should be finished  Don't worry if you aren't finished at that date. You can always change it  But please no BER situation  |

After that you can start with the draw, the video and everything The video should be finished on 30th but you can also set this to another date like 1st December or 2nd, 3rd... |

So.. if a song isn't revealed on 27th November cannot participate? Yep I NEED TO MAKE THE SANSA TA RESULTS!!  I will now make the scoreboard and all much more easier and quicker with using Scorewiz for most of the time (similar to NVSC #4 Results). |

NViC is just an add-on It has actually nothing to do with the real NVSC. It's just presenting a few songs...  |
