FROM IMF #17 on, there will be a rule change/rule changes. 1. Only forum registered users can take part
2. Songs, which participated in any other contest , won't be allowed anymore from the seventeenth edition on. This also means, that from #17 these countries will be 100% free to take for all forum users:  Albania  Algeria  Andorra  Belarus  Cyprus  Faroe Islands  FYR Macedonia  Greenland  Israel  Kazakhstan  Lithuania  Morocco |

OMG!!! Why can't we take songs which already participated in other contests?  Can't there be a rule which says that songs which participated in more than 3 contests are not allowed instead then? |
