Well.. there goes another great contest  Florian.. I am sad that IMF will close but also that you're leaving.. I never even expected this.. in my view, my IMF participation was fun because of you.. first with Turkmenistan and then your neighbour, Luxembourg.. I really wanted to continue on..but.. i guess #16 will be the last time for me.. but you have become a friend of mine here and for that I was saddened. However, I only am happy if you're doing what's best for you and my support will not change  |

Asi & I had the designs made until IMF #20 anyway ... as a host I can understand this, because apart from being a council, there have been fights during these last days ... still IMF was a great experience and well, if anybody wants me somewhere I'll think of it  |

DISCUSSION REGARDING THE CONTEST'S FUTUREThere is currently a discussion ongoing between the IBU council members. Although it was announced earlier that the contest would close, it has been decided that the council will start discussing to find a solution. Nothing is decided yet, the contest might still close. |

THE INTERNATIONAL MUSIC FESTIVAL TO GO ON!
The IBU council has been discusing some possibilities about IMF during the last hours. Still we have to make some changes in the actual contest.
- From the 17th Edition on, Scoreboards will no longer be made.
- The Qualification Battles, will stay. However a limit of participants may be set.
- As Scoreboards won't be made, the results will be like the Old Contest.
- Florian will still be the main host, however the designs will be made by the other co-hosts.
