MASSIVE RULE CHANGE?
What happens at the IBU? Will there be a change concering the entries submitted?
Tirana, Albania - Some organisations of the countries complained of the choices of several countries. The IBU is now regarding what to do. A possibility is that all entries will be proved and if there are not original enough they will get rejected. But also a whole rule package is possible. More soon.

Cyprus can't send 
greek singers anymore (same goes for 
Greenland HAS to send singers with greenlandic origin (there ARE singers) 
are the only allowed countries to borrow. Their borrowing regions stay the same and can be seen
