I would like to be a member of the jury(Omg, that sounds so special   )But.. why? Why should you like me as jury member?I think I have a good opinion about original and more often (or overused) songs. I usually rate songs in many cases better if they are more original, but I have a balanced feeling when I have to decide which song I would prefer. Was it just copied from another contest because it made a good place? Was it chosen with a good feeling? What other aspects were important? A song should not be instantly punished because it was used often.
But that does not even matter usually anymore on ISC. Most of the songs are quite original. What does matter more? The message of the song, the good lyrics or the way you can interpret it. If I would have a heart-touching song with amazing lyrics or a cheap dance song with "I get wasted, cuz Kristina Maria has me dated!", I would definitely and without any waiting between chosing the first song. The meaning of the song is the most important part.
And also, I am a person who (especially at ISC ) can vote before the deadline arrives, so there would be no alerts because I did not vote yet. |

I Think I like quite all types of music from Ballads to Pop music ... also I have voted in quite every SF and Final of ISC since I submited there. Last time I also applied, but I didn't recive much support, so I hope this time I'll be able to reach I high position.
I also won ISC once, althought this doesn't mean a lot, but I think it's an important thing.
I don't care about "overused" songs, because not everybody participates in every contest, and I thing that the songs need to be judged as if I like it, not if It was in some contests before |

ApplicationI also apply  ^^ Well, I think my music taste is open for everything. As I participate in >20 contests, I also know what is overused/getting overused, and I would really look what to vote. My music taste isn't the most special, but why everyone must have a strange music taste?  I'm not lazy in voting, I spent time for ISC (every edition a NS etc.) and vote in every Semifinal. If I would be a jury member, you would have an critical looking person in it, who rates after message of the song, voice, melody etc. And for the rest... let's see!  |
