What do you mean by "Little girls"?  That's what I mean - "little girls" or teenage (10-15 years) girls, that only vote for cute guys or the most popular artist at that moment in Latvia. They don't understand and don't even want to know what the song is about... they just need some good beat to dance to, easy refrain to sing along and cute guys (or if it's a female singing, then it needs to be a popular one or Sabīne Berezina (which acts like a teenage girl and is an inspiration (not a good one) to these girls). Ahh I know some here too >.< |

But I don't think the teenage girls would like Anmary at all..her style is not that typical pop imo....
plus she is rather "old" compared to Sabine,Samanta and etc...

She would've won even without anybody to vote, because that year Aigars Dinsbergs was our "Eirodziesma" producer, so he had the last word. And as he was secretly in love with Anmary - that's why she won. After her victory everyone suspected there is something going on between them - and yes - that was true... later that summer they both got married, but Dinsbergs got fired from the producer position. That's the story... |
