funny coz Fehéroroszország means: White Russia Same in German ("Weißrussland" = White Russia ) and probably many other languages too hehe:D acutally Hungary calls almost every country like: *nationalityname*+ country for example: Germany is: Németország [Germancountry], Olasztország [Italiancountry], Spanyolország [Spanishcountry], Görögország [Greekcountry] etc... [mostly with European countries, except: Portugal, Cyprus, UK, Former Yugoslavian countries, some of our neighbouring countries(Romania,Slovakia,Slovenia,Austria,Ukraine), Lithuania, Moldova,Benelux states, Switzerland,Norway, Denmark,Georgia and Azerbaijan] but some are just Hungarised like: Ciprus ~ Cyprus Kína ~ China Brazília ~ Brazil Ausztrália ~ Australia but when it comes to UK and USA it is just a translation like: Egyesült(United) Királyság(Kingdom) Amerikai(American) Egyesült(United) Államok(States) |
