You confirmed to send a song for NVSC 2 but failed to do so therefore I had to pick it, you promised to vote but failed to in NVSC 1 and 2. This adds up to 5 strikes.  |

I give him a second chance (he seems to aim for a Balkan country ), but ONE MORE STRIKE and he's permanently banned (as he has 5 strikes already). |
