Instead of discussing how unfair everything seems you can turn this endurance into your favour. Help existing players and advice them by joining a head of delegation. Create videos about your favourite entries sent in the contest. Inspire others by creating memes and shove them into their faces two editions later! actually don't do the last one plspls kthxIf you learn how to navigate with a producing tool like video editors or alike and have had past experiences with administrating a country, you'll be ready to have one on your own just in time.

May I just add that I am host of two contests, work full-time in a leading position, pay off a huge loan and still manage to make recaps/designs/music and also at least one post a month ( lol) If you don't have time at all then why did you apply to become part of NVSC which is a lot of work for everyone, even the users (the ones who care)? Besides, being a NVSC user requires to do at least 2 posts and 2 private messages a month ( !) Not trying to offend anybody but I just hate this 'argument' of having no time lmao But my argument wasn't about not having time, was it? My argument was about forgetting to post here because you have other stuff in your head. I might be alone here again, but I'm not willing to make a note in my phone or somewhere that so that I don't forget because I'm not that invested in a contest that I probably won't join before 2019 at best by the looks of it. But this is where this rule comes in place. This rule separates the people who are active and really want to be a part of the community from the people who see NVSC as just another contest on their list. If this rule bothers you so much then the actual NVSC rules like sending songs for approval and meeting the bunch of deadlines will be even harder for you.

Trust me, if this rule would bother me that much I wouldn't even bother to discuss anything and would've left already. I'm just voicing concerns about this rule, that I think might hurt players that want to be part of the contest while chaperoning people who don't really care about the forums at all. And as of right now, NVSC really is just another contest on my list because it seems to me that the people thinking of this rule act really defensive about it when concerns are raised which kind of rubs me the wrong way.

Concerns are fine and I think we addressed those several times in this thread but some people act like this rule is the end of the world which rubbed me the wrong way too

Waiting for a spot in NVSC is like waiting for your first Girlfriend It takes so long but when you finally have it you're so happy So first of all I know it is not a big surprise to read this right now because well I know I am certainly not the only one here but I am gay !

I don't understand all this drama. It's just joining five minutes in a week and write a message like this
I lie, it took me 2 minutes

imo, if you have a reason to dislike this new rule, then you don’t actually deserve to be here in the NVSC as you are not even a fan of the contest if it’s hard for you to post your opinion on the results or SPs. "If you have a critique, well too bad and also go away, you don't like us enough" This is a dangerous way to think about community and discussion...

I have a question about this new rule. I'm currently on the Waiting List, but meanwhile I'm, also a co-HoD for a currently active country. Does the rule also apply to me or is it a different thing? I'll probably post at least once a month but I wanna be aware of this issue fully
