Eurovision 2014 - Your Tops

My updated top 35.

- Iceland (a funky & happy song. Iceland tries this year something different and not with negative consequenses; I really love this song!)
- Slovenia (wow! The flute, the rhythm of the song, the singer... Slovenia got from 2010 always bottom places in my personal tops but this is a very other side of music from Slovenia!)
- France (very catchy! As it seems now, France will be for the 3rd time in a row in my top 15. )
4th - Denmark (much better entry for the host country then the one of last year. Happy song. )
5th - Armenia (I can't help it that I love this lol. He has a beautiful voice and this is a great mix of a lot of different things in music!)
6th - Italy (I love this kind of style of music. The song has been sung in a nice language and I just really like the rhytm. Well done Italy!)
7th - Moldova (Oh I really love this kind of songs. < 3 Great lyrics, great rhythm, great voice... Moldova pleases me this year. )
8th - Ukraine (great, powerful song! Ukraine can stay high this year in my top. )
9th - Montenegro (again an interesting entry from Montenegro this year. Last year was a little bit disappointing but this year Montenegro has a beautiful Balkan ballad!)
10th - Hungary (I would be very pleased if Hungary can stay with their success from last year )
11th - Switzerland ( Switzerland didn't disappoint me so far in this decenium. It's not as great as Heilsarmee but it's lovely as well. )
12th - Finland (cool rock from Finland, although I didn't really like the live performance but they can work on that! The fact the country of rock sent finally again a rock song is a really cool idea. So I wish Finland good luck in Copenhagen.)
13th - Ireland (I really love the Celtic influences in this song. )
14th - United Kingdom (The United Kingdom sends a beautiful lady. Love her voice and it's a cool song!)
15th - Estonia (It's a little bit difficult for me to give an opinion about this song. I like it at this moment and the music is cool. An OK entry from Estonia.)
16th - Albania (The new version is much better! Some cool rock parts as well. Thank you Albania! )
17th - Belarus (this song makes me feel better! It's just a happy song and catchy as well. )
18th - Germany (good instruments in this song. The voice of the leadsinger and the lyrics as well aren't that great for me though.)
19th - Portugal (finally some happiness from Portugal. The previous Portuguese entries weren't really my taste so I'm already happy they've choosen something more Mediterran style. )
20th - Latvia (it's an original song but a kind of typical too... )
21st - Romania (the return of Paula Seling & OVI. well yeah it's a cool song and I'm sure it'll do well in Copenhagen. )
22th - Spain (lovely singer! However.. the lyrics of this song are just too soft and maybe a kind of childish. I get some chills if I imagine the sentence "we're dancing in the rain" )
23th - Greece (well yeah Greece was doing very well in my personal tops in the previous 2 years but this year I can't really like Greece that much. Maybe later. )
24th - Sweden (The first part is a little bit boring. Later the song sounds more interesting but I personally think Sweden could've chosen something better with a big music industry like the Swedish one then this. )
25th - San Marino (The places of San Marino since Valentina Monetta is taking part for San Marino: 2012; 25th. 2013; 3rd. 2014; 25th (so far). I think she could do better. )
26th - Norway (I think he's singing about something beautiful but I don't really like this kind of calm songs... )
27th - Poland (too much screaming - not really my style of music.)
28th - The Netherlands (my home country this year. It's a pity for me to see something like this after a little masterpiece in 2013. We will need a miracle to qualify once again for the final and I don't expect that miracle this year.)
29th - Malta (very monotone... )
30th - Georgia (too weird, I'm sorry Georgia)
31th - Belgium (a very high voice... could be something interesting but personally this one isn't that special for me.)
32th - Azerbaijan (nope... nothing for me.)
33th - Lithuania (what a bad English lol. Just a senseless and irritating song. Disappointed of Lithuania this year. )
34th - Macedonia (Balkan Pop if you ask me - something I don't like. Maybe Macedonia should try something more modern like Hungary..? )
35th - Israel (lol what's this!? Stupid topic for a song and I get nervous of her voice.)

I'm watching the Eurovision Song Contest since 2011 and I'm a huge fan of it since 2012 and I think I can say without any uncertainties this is the best ESC-year I've experienced so far.
