The second semi will have songs from previous edition's selections that were really close to win [so only the top 2 songs] meaning totally there will be 20 songs in the selection.

Latvia announces that the second semi-final will feature mostly male-artists and the second-chance semi is cancelled because the most of the artists didn't want to participate with their former songs
