Can I host a NS with a foreign act, and if yes, what would be the rules (@eurovisiongermany) You can put 1 foreign song in your NS , but please not singers like  Katy Perry, Rihanna, P!nk,  Little Mix etc. (so rather unknown) |

 Åland Islands confirm with the swedish singer  Frida Sundemo ! You can't choose swedish acts to represnt Aland Islands, I tried and was told I wasn't allowed, you have to find singers that originate there only. |

I can't remember I did so, as Aland can borrow from Sweden .. Sorry, i didn't mean to cause an issue, it was yourself and it was on the wiki on borrowing countries that Aland was not on there other I would have taken it ages ago haha. If that rule has been changed then I am really sorry. |
