But we don't create fake identities with the pictures of singers   I can partly understand why people are defending, but I just think "forgiveness" is not the "right punishment", if you know what I mean. So what can you suggest then? They already have warning, that will disappear after months, if they don't do anything like this anymore. I think it's the best punishment in this situation, because everyone can have 2nd chance to prove they were wrong at first. If they do it again, then ok, I support any punishment, even ban. Because the first time it may be called an accident, but the 2nd time it's your choice, if you do it again. |

I think (permanently) "banning" is too hard. These two apologized so far. That's already positive. We'll see what is yet to come by  Hongarius. I think  Hannes won't show up here anymore, because then everyone here will "eat him without salt". |

Don't you remember  Nicole Saba, who saw HER song had been sent to NVSC and had won ? Wasn't she happy, proud ? If Petra learns that she may do whatever pleases her. But there's a chance she understands. Not everybody has enough rancune to want anybody to be punished severely... plus she hasn't been humiliated as a person. ONLY her picture was used. Just sayin'. |

From what I read here, the majority of people don't want me to continue on this forum anymore. They don't seem to be willing to give me a 2nd chance, although I have said sorry multiply times and apologized for everything that we have done.
I don't know what else I could do? I cannot change it anymore.
Thanks for the people that support us, but I'll take a break from this forum, I'm not wanted here and this is all going way too far. We've received the consequences, got a warning from the admins and I won't take part in ISC anymore. Yet people go on and on about it, and mostly those who weren't involved in this situation at all.
The only person who really should be upset is Jessica, and she showed me much more understanding than all of you together.
Once again sorry for all this, but I cannot turn back time.

So, it is wrong now to send songs to song contests because they are not our songs WTF..
If I go into Petra's role (so if anyone creates "Ken Kurnikova" idk with my picture" I'd think: "OMG, I can't believe it. *removes all my pics from the internet*" and I would like to have an apology, as well as an explanation (both predominantly given). But I wouldn't really understand why someone has done it to be honest. I don't know, I wouldn't feel safe anymore somehow..

Now, really, this all gets too much! The picture isn't ok, yes, but don't we all use pictures of singers as our profile pictures, without them knowing? Don't we all use the songs of other people in our videos without them knowing? So calm down everyone! I don't think the people defending them are all in their contests, as example, I am not! I know, some will hate me for this, but I don't really care. We don't have to love each other, but we just should stop insulting each other. Everyone has an opinion this is just mine. I would just like you to think about it. I've never used an artist to have as avatar somewhere. And most of us are using the music of other artists with respect in our videos. However the lady called  Petra isn't even a singer and - who knows - maybe she needed it for something to give her personal information via the internet. As  Rick already posted the list written by Evicka again I can just call this making a person ridiculous while the offenders even don't know the person herself. It would be much too easy for them to do this without knowing any consequenses of their actions. |
