Why complain about combined voting? It's just general voting really, as in all contests. You kind of want to keep the neighbor/block-voting aspect in while focusing on your primary tastes, and that's what combined votes is really. Here's what I do: - Televote - I think how the country would vote in general,
 Kazakhstan would obviously give maximal or high points to  Russia and other Ex-USSR countries, like  Azerbaijan,  Armenia,  Georgia,  Ukraine - etc... - Jury - My honest opinion, in real ESC, juries rate songs on their opinion too, taking into count how well it's performed - etc, I try to imagine myself as a professional music critic in this role, while retaining my opinion.
I know it's this discussion again on how split-voting work ( ) but I didn't say how I voted back then so since the topic is up again I though I would  |

Also, I'd wish more people would follow that kind of voting technique, so we wouldn't end up with 9 countries under 100 and everyone over 100 points, it's very unrealistic. |

For one edition I did my votes as combined and made up televoting & jury so combined they would be close to my votes  For #6 I kept my votes as televoting and made up jury votes and then combined them |
