A suggestion goes to Anesović
Several months ago I interviewed two upcoming Swedish indie artists here in Shanghai, China, Nicole Sabouné and Anna Von Hausswolff. They were on a tour at that time. I was very much impressed by their personality and talent. While Anna I'm afraid would be too alternative for this song contest, Nicole I believe has a good selection of songs out there. Here's just one example:
I asked both of them if they would like to take part in the Melodiefestivalen and both clearly answered NO. Interestingly Nicole's coach on the Voice show, Ola Salo, was the lead singer of the Ark which represented Sweden back in Eurovision 2007. |
