My comments about the songs:
#23 - haven't heard about this band, so it's something new for me and I find it good
#22 - rock music isn't really the thing in these contests, so not a big chance I'd submit this...
#21 - I already used this song in my own contest CWSC #11 and it finished 15th, so I guess there aren't many fans for it...
#20 - never heard of this band, but it sounds interesting
#19 - I've already thought about sending this song, but not now
#18 - the same for this song by Gacho as previous (only I haven't used this yet)
#18 (meant to be #17)) - not really a fan of this song to be honest
#15 (meant to be #16) - another rock musician with great song and great lyrics, but it's rock music (you know that I mean)...
#15 - It could be a potential participant
#14 - nice song - possible participant
#13 - I've already thought about sending this, but in NVSC selection it already was once and it didn't do very well...
#12 - I had other song from Aisha in mind, but this could also be possible participant
#11 - this also were in NVSC NS once and also didn't do very well.. but never say never...
#10 - the original is also just like an accoustic version and I already used it once in this contest for NS, but it didn't do very well...
#9 - not really a fan of this song... she has many better ones... also this one was in NVSC selection...
#8 - maybe, maybe... he's not the most favorite artist in contests, so...
#7 - this is a pretty interesting situation, because in Latvia this song isn't really loved (many people laugh about this song)
#6 - one of my most favorite latvian song since my childhood, but I'm not sure if this would do well...
#5 - I like it, like all other her songs so it's a possible participant
#4 - if I remember right, then it also was in NVSC selection and didn't won, so... but I like this song, so everything's possible
#3 - this was also in NVSC selection and didn't do very well... and I'm also not the biggest fan of it...
#2 - I first brought this song to forums and I'm not the biggest fan of it, but I see that many of you like it, so maybe someday as an joke netry it will represent Latvia...

Latvia and felt really disappointed I found only 1 other song besides the one I already knew. Therefore I did a proper research just like I do it for myself. I was looking for 10 songs but ended up with 23. This inspired me to do this for more countires. I will however focus on the countries that don't get a lot of suggestions. Not sure how to call this, but the first is:
